Of course water plays a role in muscle metabolism, it makes up 70% of muscle. But that nonsense you wrote about blood viscosity and pressure is ridiculous. And since you said you read it in case studies, by all means provide some references.

According to you I just have to drink some water and take some aspirin to thin my blood and then nutrients will flow into my muscle cells easier. Seriously? You think nutrients enter muscle cells by a pressure difference and lower blood viscosity. Are you saying someone with high blood pressure shuttles nutrients into muscle easier?

Please show the case studies you are saying you read that explain this.
