I hold CEO's who authorized and had control to issue and sell shares. That still is Dean and Joe. For all the people that say Jeff is a crook here is my issue. If a crook all he had to do is what Joe is. As CEO and 50% of BOD from last Sept Jeff could have increased A/s and sold shares to pocket money. Yet he did not do that. Joe sure is look at price. Dean well he stole millions selling stock and doing nothing to QASP or shareholders.
