Contract to be in place within following week. I'm sure they won't wait for a couple months to PR that. They PR'd promotion of Atkinson, preliminary announcement of contract, intention to contract with IR, and no reverse split right away.

Atkinson experienced in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures; he’s a money guy.
No reverse split.
Bringing IR on board.
Contract in place within the following week.
