HE SAID IT WAS GOING LOWER AT .0038.THE STOCK ROCKED TO .0048 INSTEAD,AND NOW IT IS AT .0043.SO FAR HE IS ANOTHER WRONG CHARTER.

I can only tell you what I see on the charts and right now, there are no clear signals. The weekly chart remains very bearish, the daily chart looks rather bullish and the hourly chart is headed sideways and is giving mixed signals. So, there is really nothing to report. The daily chart is in a consolidation pattern that so far has held above the 200 day SMA (that's bullish) but, it's a little early to say if this support will continue to hold. The hourly chart shows resistance at the 200 candle SMA so for the time being, the bulls and bears appear to be afraid of each other. Sooner or later, one group will make a move but, right now, I see better stocks to trade.
