We the undersigned, hereby authorize KAT EXPLORATION, aka KATX, and BVIG/KATG, aka KAT GOLD HOLDINGS, CORPORATION to act on our behalf in all manners relating to sale of properties and possible buyout agreement of the companies KATX and BVIG/KATG, including signing of all documents and negotiations of sales price of above named companies. Any and all acts carried out by KATX AND BVIG/KATG on our behalf shall have the same effect as acts of our own.

This authorization is valid until further written notice from listed shareholders of KATX AND BVIG/KATG.
