Clear and simple VALE has KATX optioned to do a JV for 80% of the lucky claims.

Did a little DD of my own here and Im having trouble finding any JV's that VALE has done with a company the size of KATX.

What I did find is that VALE just buys the company outright.

This I have no problem with. However I'm not the only share holder here. Not the biggest, and not the smallest.

I think I will write to Ken Stead and tell him that I have no objection to a buyout.

Here is why ....

Not sure about this ... so feel free to reply back to me on this topic.

Stock just stops trading and then Ken PR's the news about a buyout offer. Say from $1.00 to $45.00 a share.

Best part is there is no chasing the stock. If you own KATX great!! if not, Oh well !
