Energy Source can't sell shares because they have to be registered?

I can't get my certs to sell them, trade them, look at them, or whatever because they either don't exist or they do exist but don't know where they are, or someone at the DTCC keeps them for themselves to just roll around on them.

Now it is getting slap in the face down right ridculous.

Do you think the DTCC will actually send back the certs? Sounds like an important step.
