Well said. There is a great deal that has happened, and probably a great deal that we don't know. Aside from the communication failure, they earned our trust. Putting myself in their position, they are probably stretched thin in dealing with the start-up, and I can pardon this on a short time basis. In the same situation I could see it happening to me.
It now is up to them to exert their considerable will to drive this forward...move the volume through the plant, and it will be what it is. They really haven't dug that much ore yet, and it is likely, at least in my opinion that the best is yet to come in regard to ore grades and recovery.
