What I can't understand is with the flurry or recent press releases, I'm surprised that we're still at these levels.

Maybe it will take the "ground breaking" press release to get things going.

I think there will be days in the VERY NEAR future when the MOMO starts and this puppy will be trading around 1 million shares per day.

IMO based on what they've announced to date, the share price should be around .15

I can address #8 though for you. The Mayor wasn't misquoted. Read it again. He was merely stating that the permit process would take approx 30 days from application process. Nowhere did it say the applications had been submited. Just gives one an idea of what to expect.

So where did you get your info that the plant isn't located within the municipal boundaries of the town of Cowichan Lake? The last PR states that is where the land purchase agreement is from.
Even if it lays outside the actual boundaries of the town in an unincorporated area the town may still have the local authority.
