What are your thoughts on this?

Lets assume just for the sake of math, Cellairis has 5 employees at each of 200 locations, and they buy 1000 shares for each employee on the open market over whatever period of time, that's 5 Mln shares. How is that going to make the PPS go up? 5 Mln is a pretty average day.

Lets says ditto they do not buy on the open market, but thru a "private placement" from the company, then gifts the shares to 1000 employees. How is that going to effect the PPS?

Double the figure to 10 Mln or 20 Mln...we have days like this and not much uptick at all.

This not intended to be personal towards you...don't give that any thought, but I'm a numbers/facts sort of person, and I don't see how this will help the common stock holder.

The EPS number is minus 5 cents...if further dilution takes place, with all else remaining the same, which it will not assuming sales revs increase substantially, the EPS number won't move much if there is further dilution and the markets reaction may be nill.

Add to the fact we are in pink land currently....
