It is clear that you don't understand...
So, let me explain your own argument to you:
If you believe "a person is a crook (Dave Williams) why would you want him in any position of a company you are vested in, unless you yourself are a less than honest person."
So, you are saying that Pattin, Daic and Turrini are "less than honest"... and I agree with that. You are arguing that them putting Williams on the board is a proof of their dishonesty, and I agree with that, too.
Exactly.
So, if it was known, or they believed, that Williams was "a crook" as you say, why did the CLYW insiders recruit Williams to the board... instead of telling him to proceed to solve the problem he'd addressed in the way that he was proceeding, before, which would have resolved it in a courtroom in Delaware ?
Whether or not Williams IS a crook... he's on the board only because some crook OTHER than Williams agreed to put him there... and they pro-actively moved to make that happen for a reason. The crooks already on the CLYW board did that. They wanted Williams on the board... only because they were hoping to avoid realizing the need to step into that courtroom in Delaware, which would require that they explain themselves. They hoped putting Williams on the board, instead of going to court in Delaware... would enable them in continuing their fraud... which it did.
So, who IS responsible for putting the "crook" Williams on the board... since he couldn't put himself on the board ?
Why did Pattin, Daic and Turrini all badly want Williams on the board ?
I think I already answered that... ?
It's really not that hard to understand...
