Slo wrong. Lets look at the facts. Dean and his BOD. BS PR's increased o/s to 11.5 billion. Company worthless as he stole the money. That makes Dean who had the power to do this as CEO the main crook period. No one else has the power to make that happen. Now Jeff as CEO didn't increase o/s and price stayed .0012 and over until our next CEO Joe. Once he showed up plan went back to same as Dean. Increase o/s, issue pump PR's and see price dump big. For me I stick to who had power as CEO to do what caused stock to drop. That is dean and joe. Fact! I know some will try and deflect that others are at fault. The problem with that nothing happens unless a CEO and BOD issues and sells the shares with pump PR's like Dean and Joe.
