Without news, undisciplined traders will sell and move on. What you will see then is bigger walls on the ask and much stronger resistance from flippers. I think 0001 won't come unless we go into January and there still isn't news from the company.
However, I believe Duffy and Janis will update us in January. I do not expect anything else from the company until then, besides the 10Q.
I believe in January we will see the most movement. As long as the news confirms the rumors, we will be gapping and leaping up every day. Real estate is still in a bad place, but it is getting better every week/month/year.
