Joe - I've never asked the question specifically that way. However, if you ask for anyone by name, you generally receive the same response from Vanessa the Receptionist. If you ask for Jose, you are told he is out on medical leave - was still being told that earlier this week even though Jose himself told me he would return in early Oct.

If you ask for anyone other than Jose, you are told that the person is currently in a meeting and unavailable. Bottom line, you don't get past Vanessa.

Hello joe, I have called several times and i sincerly mean that, Vanessa who answers the phone will tell me and quote ( they are in a meeting right now can i take your name and phone number and have them call you back) and quote. Doesn't matter what time i call they are always in a meeting. As far as Jose Colon, Vannessa said he is out on medical leave. But realistically his services are no longer needed.
