That’s why I had to laugh at it. I think he either reads the board or he actually read the 2 Emails that I sent him and Kuni asking about Staff moving into new offices to accommodate business growth and I pointed out CB's quote of Bill Gates.

I've seen other companies release news that was much lower on the significant-importance scale-o-meter.

Thanks for the info Gunn, but Kuni has done the same delay issues ever since I have been in Kuni (over two years now) I remember when we thought we were involved in a merger agreement with a company in Florida, he just brought it up in an email that "they were no a good fit" and then he mentioned this new deal. That is why I, and others really trust this guy. I have just about written this PIHN off cause I feel he will not come through on or about Dec. 10. If he doesn't by then I will sent the SEC every email Kuni and Maxwell have sent out. People say the SEC is not interested in Pinks but they have a new enforcement wing of the SEC that has hit on and stopped the trading of at least 15 companies I have been reading about. One of them is USOG that has come back to be traded but it is at bottom, well we are too.
