Yes, they did get shares which they sold. Was the debt real? IMO no, but can't say because FFGO is a serial SEC 12j violator that hasn't filed in financials for 6 years. Geez, I wonder why!!

Tex, this will have to be a short conversation, as I only get 3 posts per day here and I am waiting for a email from SEC and Finra and need to save my last post to prove to, once again, there will be no divy.

Do I have proof that insiders sold there shares they received for debt repayment. All I can say is I bought over a billion from Sloan and dumped into the market.
