Understood. After reading the transcripts these two lawyers are going to kill this deal, company. They totally so far up there own ass's to see day light. I'm all out now, made a small Lose rather than a total, but I see it going to trail.

Shame alot of shareholders are going to lost alot of money.

First of the courts are only open on a Monday so that letter will not be seen till monday anyway I dont know where you got that but it would have been nice to link it to something credibal.

the new buyer will come out in court on Monday per the Date Set by the courts and prove the letter wrong ie no buyer found

read it line by line , their hoping and assuming there is no new buyer

we will find out if there is or there is not on Monday !
