Unbelievable, retail space for less than 100k. Val got Otow good space for very cheap. This demonstrates that he isn't being frivolous with the company money. He understands the shareholders, he understands that ordinary people from all walks of life nvesting their hard earned money in companies just like OTOW don't have money to throw away senselessly. Before anyone starts to stir up the tuna casserole, that is my take on that economically sound business decision.
