What is truly amazing is how many Chinese companies have been implicated in fictional financial filings - and a ton of investors have had their heads handed to them on the big boards as well as OTC. This one appears to have been loaded at the .01 level and then pumped to unload those shares at the .02 - .0275 level - nothing mysterious here. Over the coming months we may see the same scenario play out several times, which will be good for flipping, but any thoughts that this company is "undervalued" should be tempered after any thoughtful reading of the Chinese accounting and financial filings mess.
