Viz is worthless, APII is worthless and since no one can prove any different,any merger is also worthless. It is all hype, smoke and mirrors, designed and collaborated by APII business associates to sell shares. Many of tyhe folks involved have played this game before. Also, there is no 'quite period' with APII. This is a feeble excuse to cover the facts in order to fool and mislead prospective investors and to pacify less knowledgable investors who are growing impatient with the lack of any verifiable 'positive' information and the growing appearance of bright red flags. I can imagine all the escuses and calming efforts going on behind the scenes, have seen it many times with these pinky shams. GLTA Dog
