#57548 RE: EJ656 #57537

OMFG! That demo is laughable. It's the same silly Boise Project speed tests, it's just a zoomed in shot of a SpeedTest.net needle being pegged, IN A VIDEO. It is not a real demo. There is ZERO context and no explanation of what that laptop was connected to during the so-called test. Those tests are easily spoofed. And easily shown out of context, as in this case. In fact, without seeing in detail all the steps that lead to that speed, it is completely meaningless.

For any test to have any credibility it needs an independent 3rd party tester to:

1) verify what all the equipment being claimed and used actually is.

2) verify the connections between the transmitters and receiving devices.

3) show us step by step how the devices (laptops, phones, etc) are connecting to the signal.

4) then run the speed tests real-time.

That would at least show that the stuff is fast in a controlled environment. After that, similar tests need to show it working in-the-wild, across distances, with many devices hitting it all at once.

Before anyone says "you're asking too much!", "these things take time!" etc, ask yourself, "If they can't provide real verification using the simple methods above, then how could they possibly claim to be rolling this out to entire marketplaces?"

And as for time, this was all supposedly piloted over a year ago, right?? Where's the beef? Where are the pilot customers?

Any guesses on how many shares will be dumped into this "news" today? Remember, even .001 is at least a 10-bagger for Val and Co.
