I don't believe that they are recieving the whole million in one shot. They are raising the intitial amount to fund the Homestead and surrounding sites, with more $$ coming in when the work starts or results come in. Hoping that the stk. price turns as to not give the company away. I believe that share count to be much lower! 5 biggest volume days 2/4 - up .0031 to .0051 2/7 - up .0051 to .0055 5/25 - up .0026 to .004 5/26 - up .004 to .0045 7/6 - down .002 to .0018 the only high volume down day. and that's just Jan. '05, not sure where you got high volume days were down days!!!
Why would the company spend all this time securing a loan from a venture capitalist if all they really wanted to do is print more shares and sell them in the market. That is what you are saying they did right? I don't believe the shares are over 1 billion but that is just my opinion. There is alot of money out there to invest. Maybe Dr Barry gave an outstanding presentation to a VC convincing them to invest for the chance of a nice return when they find diamonds. These people are smart and things have to be looking good for investors to commit funds to DMXP. I am optimistic.
