I'm reading on the other boards its 30 million. 80 million would really tie JJ hands up. He's not going to close a deal with 80 million of his shares still in the open market. bogey can't possibly have enough money for that kind of buy back at market prices that reflect a closed deal or for that matter at current market prices that reflect no deal.
Naked short selling involves selling shares that don't exist. Selling stolen shares would be different.
Now if 85 million shares owned by the majority owner of MDMN and sold a year ago, wouldn't that have been some material information at the time of their theft and sale?
