Prettypony....You do not have to worry about a Reverse Split.

Mt Brennan mentioned that a R/S might be necessary to increase the PPS for a NASDAQ listing. When MMTC takes off the PPS will be up there, so no R/S will be needed.
If you read my previous post I did mention the possibility of a R/S
but I don't think it will be necessary.

If you own MMTC, just be patient & you will be greatly rewarded.
If you don't own it & have cash, buy some.
