Great way of putting it Farrago. Basically, we all know Dan pulled a bunch of BS back in June and, from the appearances of things, he's done it and will likely do it again if he can. IMO he has some shady lawyers or slick actors advising him but, also IMO, he's likely broke some securities laws in the process. Obviously there is no way of knowing for sure what all transpired but, whatever it was, and, what seems to continue occurring whenever the ATM needs to spit some bills, is not good for Dan's image or reputation. He treated shareholders very badly, in multiple respects, yet, he doesn't have the decency to come clean about anything. I actually hope that he's tied up with a shady lawyer or advisor that gets busted by the SEC. As they are cracking down on microcap securities fraud at the moment, if wrongdoing has occurred, the chance is greater than ever of it being found out.
