That's not possible -- my numbers are correct for the following reasons:

1. I made sure it was for Bebida Beverage Co.
2. The preferred shares is the exact same number as before the gag.
3. The A/S is the exact same number as before the gag.
4. I made damn sure it was for Bebida Beverage Co.

They could have made a mistake and by accident have given the nrs of a different stock.

You're claiming that after months of gagged TA, Brian ungags only to show he illegaly raised the O/S ?

I don't believe that for one second. Why would he do that ?

diddi, I agree--makes no sense. However, I even asked the lady I was speaking to at Madison if she could tell me when the A/S had been raised, but she said all she could tell me was the A/S and O/S.

My guess is that they sold shares to generate revenue to begin getting the European operations off the ground. They may have had to open the TA for a couple of days to allow verification by the authorities over there? Certainly just a guess!

The biggest thing that bothers me right now is that IR has not returned my phone call. I called the company a few times, and never got a person--just an answering machine with a directory of extensions. So finally I left a message at the IR extension....still waiting for a call.
