Deep Space, I think ADHC will move north but they need help. Ernest needs to get a CEO for ADHC, add experts in the field to the board, and he stays as Chairman. He will still have control but experts in the field will be moving the company forward. Ernest greatest strengths have been used to get the company to this point. A smart manager should surround him/herself with people who are strong in areas he/she is weak in.
