This is hilarious. No wonder it is so easy to make money in penny land.

AMWI didn't start trading until November 7th. It opened .12 and closed @ .19 with volume of 145,6000.

On November 8th, it went up to 2.05 on volume of only 800.

On November 9th, it dropped to 1.70 on volume of only 100.

No trades until November 16th where it dropped to .03 on volume of 1,120,000.

On November 17th, it went up to almost .18 on volume of 71,865,400

Only went to around .19 on the 18th with volume of 32,227,200.

On November 21st, it closes down @ .179.

Looks uglier every time I look at it.

Makes you wonder if those were indeed negotiated trades - possibly shares from the promoters - and certainly possible that wash trading took place with a volume spike like that. What else would have caused a jump like that? Certainly not that "news" - which looks a bit rewashed from other shell plays by Keuger over the years.
I hope they paid Mr. Shaklee Jason enough to afford a good lawyer if that is the case. Wonder if he really understood what he signed up for. Greed may very well not turn out so good in this case!
Sometimes there is such a thing as too much "Awareness".
