Yeah, I was hoping they would give a little more time for whoever was mildly timid to realize they need to ask a question before it's over. I thought the CC operator was SOOOOO quick to go, "ok, no more questions, have a great day!" :) She must have had a date. :)

Flo, although I'm not 100% sure, I think you could press *1 anytime and the operator would queue you up....you likely don't have to wait until there's a break in conversation.
