Sales Growth. Last year MSLP had 4M in revenues. This Year they are forecasting 20M so the difference would be 16M in sales growth. So, basically Brad & Cory would each receive 1.6M in stock compensation and 160K in cash as their bonuses even though the Company will have a net loss for the year. This seems extremely excessive. I'm wondering if they made a mistake in the 10Q and it should be 10K in cash for every one million in growth revenues and the $100,000 in stock compensation is not for every 1M in sales growth. This would make more sense and reasonable.
