Everyone knows they are broke lol! They have some new financial backing and hopefully the technology picks up.

But they have no strategy yet, they were already heavily indebted, and they have to come up with more cash to make things happen.

Nowhere in there did i say panic...just stating the facts of why they are delaying their filings

That and it is going to have ramifications for when there will actually be a return (meaning it is going to sit at this super low price for a really long time before it picks up). Probably after 2Q 2012 filings...
