To hide behind "They met the letter of the law...' Well that choice throws crap into the wind when the keep posting, "One of our most important responsibilities is to communicate with shareholders in an open and direct manner." Two faced with that legal choice they made. I hope we will all be having a beer in the near future and tipping our hats to the Tivus team.
