What tells you that interest in FOGC is increasing? All we have here is high volume with big transactions in a very narrow range of .0001. That ain't interest ... that's some one buying and selling to make a buck.
If there was truly growing interest in FOGC, the pps would be going up. Instead it is flat or down. Not growing interest at all.
Last trade was 400K shares at .0006 nearly 20 minutes ago. Growing interest would be indicated by numerous trades on a continuing basis.
