Yes, private placement is around 46,153,846 share issued at .65, with warrants for a similiar amount at $1.00. I am not surprised the PPS has held up. The PPS was going vertical before the private placement news. I am spread a bit thin. Why don't you research the last question and give your reasoning why the PPS has held up like it has. S_P
