The recent selling is related to the toxic dilution that had been going on here for the past six months. If the selling were related to M&A activity, any shares issued would be restricted.
Come Friday I will again call the transfer agent and try to get an updated chare count which I expect to be ~500MM.

The good news is that as of last week, there were only 30MM left before the the O/S is maxed out at the A/S. Too bad the CEO went down that path and lied to investors.
