OT: I ran over minute slower than last year, but still won my age group and got 7th overall - so not bad for an injured guy. Thanks for asking. I'm doing a 10K trail race this Sunday, which involves running up a 200-step flight of stairs and also a creek crossing. Now that's what I call fun!
