I'm of the opinion when a stock is hot and has a lot of $$$ built into it's stock price on "success" of a trial or potential approval of a drug they should always raise some cash as a hedge. Far too many times I have seen somethnig like DNDN where they issue LOADS of debt near the top of equity valuation and then in 2 years are nearly bankrupt - HGSI comes to mind a few years ago.
