amadeus, agree... a "clean" shell can be worth between $100k - $500k, but I don't know how clean this one is as the SEC was after Fleming for lack of proper filings... and I don't know how much Glenn did to clean things up... it appears now that Glenn is just shutting things down to maybe take a loss with his IRS dealings... but that's just conjecture on my part...
