That is very true, but the problem with this argument is that Overcash and his group were offered cash to settle, approximately 40,000, and the refused settling instead for stock which is what they wanted in the first place. Why would anyone want shares of stock instead of actual cash? Looks to me like they know what the potential holds here so correct me where I am wrong?

thats how you see it and most of those who are flippers but its not 2007 before the crash that was the good old days its 2011 and things are different and to get new investors you gotta bring strength in there minds but the light of flipping kills there eye sight and they run ..the share market is a different place flipping and its been said by great investors that it can kill good companies trying to be real kill the company you kell the investors ...and im not saying dont flip im saying to all that read this post do we want to go north or keep bouncing 5 to 6 to 4 to 5 to 6 or get strength and get new investors in on board your choice or be in year 2007 im investor too like everyone alse here and i see whats going on not silly lets all bloody flip guys yep everyone short lets do it
