Yep, right after a bigger wack someone buys a small chunk on the ask. If you do not have L2 you get the impression its just a bigger buy on the ask. So maybe someone tries to hide selling shares lol

Just someone "painting" to keep the price looking respectable. I have always thought it was PRO BUYR looking out for his interests lol.
I am so used to seeing the bid get painted on other stocks, that it is nice to see the offer get painted for a change.

The Phantom strikes again slapping the ask with a 250 share order...who is this person that wants to keep the price at the high level of the day? Is it one of us or can it be BIG JIM??
...and I'm not complaining about it whoever it is... he must have accumulated a lot of shares doing this several times a day! I'm confident that at the end of the day we will close at the ask with this guy on our side!
