GARB stock is going to much higher levels as progress continues and EB5 starts up. Way to cheap. Dilutive funding is over and volume is starting to pick up on the buy side. Anyone thinking about GARB should really do the investor conference Nov. 1 st. ? This sub penny is very transparent.
