Are you asking that to someone specifically or just throwing that out there to create a stir of miss-information for someone tomorrow to say that they had heard PGI was filing Ch13...?
No one has heard that and I wouldn't even consider it a rumor. Also heard that the FBI arrested PGI management yesterday -the old "someone sent me a phone message that they saw the FBI at PGI offices...blah, blah). Complete unfounded statements that do nothing but create confusion on what is a true rumor.
