Hogger, I will take a stab at this even though I feel I am not the right person to be delving into this. We designed an artificial DNA plasmid ring that is smaller than the previous stuff and works better. Apparently, we think or know a different design will work even better but perhaps that other design was invented and patented by others. We are negotiating to obtain the rights to that design. (There is a sizeable possibility my take is incorrect).
I was just thinking. What if Dr. Jeffrey Actor, instead of becoming a doctor, wanted to become an actor? He would have to change his name!
