It would appear you are the only person with an unlimited imagination. Please provide concrete examples of what you feel the CEO has done already along these lines, to the detriment of shareholder value:

the value of the voting rights is only limited by one's imagination in coming up with compensation and share award schemes

He can take whatever he alone thinks is fair.
