Actually it is called selling a company. The shares reflect the price which was paid for the "shell" or company. My B. I am sure sold at $.05 not because of the value of those shares, but because of the selling of BMXD and to properly reflect the sale.

As far as the $.50, if some were sold PPM it is to be expected.
