I saw that and was afraid to post it because people just don't want to believe what it sitting right in front of their face. This company is now little more than a shell with no business plan** and any shareholders who stick around are likely to be diluted out of existence.

"...our majority shareholders will likely change and new shares of common or preferred stock could be issued resulting in substantial dilution to our then current shareholders.

** Actually, the business plan is to sell out the Common shareholders apparently.
