Still interested to see if and how they will pursue the NOL's. There has been minimal billing lines throughout the case and most quick mentions were back in 2010.

I was just flipping through the newer docs and the Indenture Trustees are filing for all their fees now as they weren't submitting monthly like the other lawyers. Emmet, Marvin & Martin representing BNYM billed: pg 53/69

Review of TM email re: possible plan administrator and counsel. Review of TM discussion w/ K&E re: "New NOL PLAN". Conf w/ CM re: request of indemnity from Tricadia re: retention of KS as counsel. 1.8 hrs $1179

Just went back to the board around that date and it sure was a lot more exciting time. HT had some good posts about Duane Morris being added to the case around this date, possibly to pursue NOL's. Also the tax refunds were added in escrow back into Corus's books. April 21 we had our largest volume on the stock at almost 1.5 million.

After being here so long I guess it's just too hard to leave lol. I don't think I had seen in any other billing lines mention of the New NOL plan. I guess I'll still check in from time to time until the new CORS stock is trading.
