As far as I know, what you say doesn't seem correct.

On October 19, 2011, we had:

Shares Outstanding: 180,954,893
Cert Outstanding: 179,693,340
Book Outstanding: 1,261,553

On November 15, 2011, we had (your information):

Shares Outstanding: 180,954,893


The last time I posted the number of oustanding shares I only took the "cert" oustanding shares into account and I'll post again about it to correct this.
