Just a guess but I would say January since many may not like to move that kind of cash this close to the end of the tax year and holidays may have an effect too. Just an opinion though.

I don't think all $5M will come at once, but I bet they start soon (if they haven't already). I would imagine it helps a lot to have Sysco onboard. They may even help with the funding, since they benefit, too.
