Gear bring to the table the mining expertise, operational capital and the manpower to run the mine. Gear now have controlling interests in Western Sierra. The profit split between Gear and EVXA has been established. We are now awaiting results from the initial mine tailings from Western Sierra - Silver cord mine. EVXA are re-establishing from Fla to AZ.

Can you please answer these questions and verify your statements?

Gear is a defunct golf equipment manufacturer. You say they have the capital and manpower to run the mine!
What is the source of the capital?
Where are those mining experts coming from?

Who are the actual owners of the Silver Cord mine? Mission Holdings is an Oklahoma private company with Dennis Adkins as their registered agent. That makes Adkins the RA for GEAR, EVXA, WSRA, GDSM and the mine owner!
